bruno schulz 1892 - 1942 | since 2000 the institute supports the theater project of generación. in 2005, we started to do theater on their lives with the kids and adolescents. in 2008, we started a campaign performing the play at secondary schools of Lima followed by discussions with the students. we want to set up a street academy. |

to keep in mind:the polish-jewish writer and graphic artist Bruno Schulz was born in 1892 and assassinated in 1942, in Drohobycz.in 1971, I chanced upon his literature. in 1983/84, 80 of my 300 etchings resulting from that encounter were touring through Poland. in february 1989, we founded the Bruno Schulz Institute, that enables me, to-day, to do theater with street children in Lima on their lives 'nana de la calle'. in january 2012, I had the chance to see some fragments of his wall paintings in Jerusalem. in four deliveries I show all 300 etchings of that encounter on youtube. bruno schulz - sabine vess - a confrontation: |
